Considering the nature of my work unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or returns once the item has gone into the production process. Please review your order carefully before completion and note that on items with multiple sizes there may be some slight differences in the way an image is cropped to what you see in the shopping cart.

Shipping Damage.  If your order has been damaged in shipping I will replace the same item for you.  Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging as it may be needed to make a claim with the shipping company. In some cases the shipper may want to collect the package for their claims process, or you may have to send back the damaged item at your own cost.
